This beautiful and unique 28-page book offers young readers an introduction to the various animals from the Pacific Northwest Coast. Artists from Coast Salish, Haida, Bella Bella, and many other Nations have contributed colouful images as well as cultural information about each creature: thunderbird, wolf, salmon, eagle, hummingbird, whale to name a few. The text both teaches and inspires; parents will certainly learn alongside their children!
