The shape of the book is a little awkward, but the illustrations are fun. My son loved repeating the sounds. Wish there were more written words in addition to the sounds.

"Trains Go" makes a wonderful addition to any little train-lover's shelf. It contains all the great train sounds (whoosh, ding-ding, toot-toot) along with energetic, colourful illustrations depicting different kinds of engines.
The book's long, thin shape provides a feeling of motion and also makes the book big enough to share with a group. Kids will love to hear this one over and over, as long as the reader engages his/her "train voice" to its greatest potential!
