A great book! Delicious! Once you've tried them, you're hooked. Most of the ingredients I've found at the grocery, market fruit stands, Costco frozen food section, and Bulk Barn.

I have no idea where to purchase a lot of the ingredients listed. I would rather have a "keep it simple" type book. I never tried one of the recipes.

Don't bother with this book if you are not up to tracking down some of the exotic/hard to find ingredients: white mulberries,Camu powder or Maqui berries.
