My younger brother in grade 1 borrowed "My Little Book of Ocean Life" because he loves animals and this is a wonderful book for animal lovers, especially sea creatures. This is a very attractive book with bright colors in blue backgrounds to represent ocean. I liked the visuals, for example, there are beautiful photos of whales, sharks, sea snakes, lion fish and penguins. The book covers more than 30 ocean creatures. A short description about their habitat, habits and life spans is given with interesting facts, like "there are 500 types of sharks". This is a wow fact for me too. I strongly recommend this book for beginner readers and science lovers. 5 out of 5.
