School may be out for the summer, but several of the facilities are just as busy as ever. The G.S. Lakie Middle school is near completion said Gus Vander Linden, supervisor of maintenance and operations with the Lethbridge public school division. But that's not the only school under renovations; material is being moved from Hamilton Junior High School, as it will soon be the new home of Allan Watson School and the Integrated Occupational Program in the fall. Vander Linden said the district has several other major projects on the go including significant upgrades at General Stewart and ecole Agnes Davidson Elementary School.
