Add a CommentSome really disturbing chapters / topics but overall I enjoyed this book. Shocking twist, like all of his books. Good reader
Gratuitous violence, strong language and a graphic portrayal of the sex-for-hire scene in Bangkok make this a completely inappropriate audio book to listen to within earshot of children. I found the story interesting, but the violence was overboard. It made listening uncomfortable at times.
Not one of his best, but I still enjoyed it. 6 of 10 for me.
While the author may feel this is one of his good works, I disagree. Gratuitus violence does not a good novel make. 2 of 10 stars
