The Mousekewitz family discovers the streets of America are not all paved with cheese, and living in a mouse tenement does not offer the life they hoped for. Young Tanya dreams of becoming a famous singer, and Fievel wants to become a tough lawdog like his hero Wylie Burp. Lured out west by the crafty entrepreneur Cat R. Waul, Fievel discovers the evil gentleman's true plans to turn the settlers into mouse-burgers. Enlisting the aid of his cat friend Tiger, the two team up with the legendary Wylie Burp to stop the feline gang's dastardly plot.

A great late 80's movie that showed that Disney wasn't the only company who could make a quality animated movie. Though mainly intended for younger audiences, there is enough drama and humor here to keep the grown-ups engaged. The standout performance goes to the art team and their incredible work bringing late 19th century New York to life. Watching this movie should be mandatory, and I don't think anyone would really complain about having to do it.

Another great adventure with Fieval and his family! I prefer this one to the original, but only because there's more characters and it's faster-paced. Just as funny and charming as the first though. Great family movie. ;)

Great classic children's movie that should not be forgotten! Just as good as Disney.
