Add a CommentThe blu-ray and all-regions versions are available in most library systems and Amazon. There is no excuse that only region 3 DVD version is available in SCCL branches:

An engaging not-what-it-seems hostage negotiator film with plenty of twists and layers from start to nearly the end. Unfortunately, the film's closure comes too conveniently and easily. Oh well, can't be perfect.
Note: Korean dialogue only with English or Chinese subtitles.
Good. Very well acted by both leads.
