In this sequel to Lost in the barrens, Jamie, Awasin (a Cree), and Peetyuk (an Inuit) return to a Viking grave in search of relics to sell for money for their families. Set in the Arctic Barrens west to Hudson Bay, Northwest Territories, this mystery adventure survival story reveals much about the differences in the Cree and Chippewan Indian, the Inuit, and white ways of life.

This is the sequel to Lost in the Barrens. We actually read this one first - out loud in the evnings as family time. Great adventures of 3 teenaged boys in Canada's Far North. Great read.
