I greatly appreciate that the ingredients lists are short with easy-to-find (and affordable) ingredients, and most recipes are quick enough for nearly any busy weeknight. Has many great recipes and I love that it shows the nutritional content. Makes cooking for my family much easier as some of my family members have strict diets of what they can eat. I love that there are low sugar and low carb recipes. Many times with cook books I will only find a few recipes to use and then never use the rest of the book. With this book, I find that planning meals for the week is much easier as I am excited to try new recipes. Would recommend this book for sure!
