Allegiant the movie I give this movie a 1 out of five, it seems as though these movies of the divergent series just keep getting worse and worse and I'm not liking them. First off I have to say this, it did not follow the storyline, it was a horrible movie many things that I wanted to happen didn't happen. This is the last movie out of the entire divergent movie franchise, and I was hoping that this would end on a good point but it just got worse. Many of the things that were in the book were included, but I wish there was more. It was very simplistic when it came to following the storyline in the book. I gave this movie a one out of five simply because I didn't like the movie, the acting wasn't there even though it as the same actors. I got bored in the first few minutes of the movie and wanted to move on onto the next movie that came along. Still, the movie ended in a way I wasn't expecting and give them a good job for that. Many of the parts weren't in the book and I had to catch up to a lot of it. This movie isn't my favorite and preferably I like the book instead of the movie and I prefer it if you want to watch the movie I would read the book first. @Icecream of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board This movie is apart of the Divergent movie series starring Shailene Woodley and Theo James. Tris and Four finally manage to escape outside of Chicago as they try and figure out who they can trust and what to do next. As they learn more about what is truly going on, they race against the clock to save humanity. I feel like every new movie from this series gets progressively worse, as the actors stop caring about their roles and the writing gets sloppier. I personally never found Tris to be a likable character, and feel like Woodley doesn’t do her justice. I would rate this mystery/science-fiction film 2/5 stars. @The_Reviewer of the Hamilton Public Library Teen Review Board
