The Fix is the third in David Baldacci's "Amos Decker" series. While I would not say this is Decker at his best, I would have to agree that Baldacci has spun a fine tale. The novel starts with two deaths - a murder and a suicide and proceeds on with more violence. As in the previous two books in this series, Decker does most of the figuring out. There are some loose ends which left me wondering if Baldacci has lost his touch but all in all a readable and enjoyable book.
