On the back cover, it asks if Harriet Blue is as great a Detective than Lindsay Boxer. I can assure you she is not. It's a fairly good, fast-paced story, but has a couple glaring factual errors that really are inexcusable & quite annoying. No bank employee, much less the manager, would make a large withdrawal for an unknown "customer" without checking the id AND the signature card - especially when that "customer" didn't know basic information about how the account was set up! And you don't become manic-depressive from a bad environment - it's caused by a brain-chemical imbalance, not one's attitude or experiences - & it's not something you "catch" like the flu. This very brief little book is basically just an introduction to the characters. Expect more to follow.
