Sandra Brown writes books that are page turners until you get to the end. This book is no different. I had a hard time putting it down. When Kerra Bailey was a little girl she was carried out of a building in the Major Franklin Trapper. The building had been bombed and he managed to save a few people. His son, John Trapper, a former FBI agent could not let this case go. He quit the FBI before he was fired. When Kerra came to him and asked him to help her meet the Major. She wanted to do a special on TV and let the world know that she was the little girl in the picture being carried by the Major. After doing the special, someone tried to kill the Major and her. John could not let this go and set out to prove who did the bombing and killings. This was a very good book from beginning to end.
