While I agree to some extent with CatfoodShawn (see below), I didn't find the second season of "Better Call Saul" so much slow as deliberately paced. It's a risky proposition to do a spin off a beloved show ("Breaking Bad") with a beloved character (Bob Odenkirk's Saul Goodman), but they pulled it off. The show is lighter in tone than "Breaking Bad" (It kinda had to be.), but still has its murky moral moments. The show takes place when Saul was Jimmy McGill, a hustling lawyer forever in the shadow of his successful, but unhealthy older brother (Michael McKean). This season deepens the relationship between the brothers and between Jimmy and a fellow lawyer, played by by Rhea Seehorn. And, of course, there's a subplot developing the character and back story of Mike, played by the wonderfully stoic and hatchet faced Jonathan Banks. The ending of the season does leave things open, but I don't think that's a fault. Also, Tuco!
