Not a bad book. I took everything with a grain of salt. As Timothy B. Schmidt so eloquently said "all rock bands are on the verge of breaking up at all times". To me it seemed that Felder was still stuck in the 70s and resisted evolving with the band. Sure, it would be great if everything could be equal but the fact is that the majority of the band's success was because of Henley and Frey's songwriting and insistence on perfection at their live shows. In the end, the drugs, alcohol, and greed got the best of all three of them. Timothy and Joe had it right all along; just go with the flow and enjoy the ride...
